2. Do colour services include a cut and blow dry?
Yes. All colour services must be accompanied by either a cut and blow dry or a blow dry. This ensures the best possible finish and protection for your hair.

3. Do highlights or balayage require a toner?
Yes. Toner is always required with foils, highlights, and balayage to achieve the perfect shade and neutralise unwanted tones. We also highly recommend a treatment to protect and nourish your hair.

4. Do you offer bridal and on-location services?
Yes. SOLO Hair Design specialises in bridal and occasion hair. We provide both in-salon and on-location styling throughout Queenstown and the surrounding areas.

5. How long should I allow for my appointment?
This depends on your service. A cut and blow dry may take 45–60 minutes, while a full colour with foils and a cut can take 2–3 hours. Bridal and event hair should be discussed in advance.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service price.

7. Do you use professional products?
Yes. We use only top-quality professional salon products to ensure long-lasting results and healthy, beautiful hair.

8. Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Complimentary consultations are available to discuss your hair goals, colour choices, or bridal styling requirements.
